JOB DETAILS:

Job Responsibilities
To prepare cash flow provisions for various courts
To update credits allocated, budgetary commitments, payment orders, centralise and file all accounting records required during the commitment;
To participate in the designing and preparation of the budget;
To monitor the execution of the budget in respect to the provisions of the law on finance;
To establish purchase orders and notes to the payer;
To update budgetary registration forms;
To update the situation of credits allocated, budgetary commitments, and budgetary payment orders;
To produce relevant periodically budget execution reports;
To deposit allocated funds on their respective courts’ accounts;

Job Skills:
Knowledge of Cost analysis Techniques,
Capacity to analyze Complex Financial Information & Produce repots,
Deep understanding of Financial Accounts,
Planning and Budgeting Skills,
Communication Skills,
Strong IT Skills, Particularly in Financial Software ( SMART IFMIS and Internet Banking ),

Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and / or French; knowledge of all is an Advantage.
