TITLE: Construction of Dining Hall and Kitchen At Groupe Scolaire Shingiro Shingiro Sector, Musanze District Northern Province.

 CLIENT: ACTIONAID

 ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for the Construction of dining hall and kitchen at Groupe Scolaire Shingiro, Shingiro Sector, Musanze District, Northern Province.

 Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

The Tender Document may be obtained from Actionaid offices located in Gasabo District, Remera sector, Rukiri II cell, opposite Amahoro stadium, Airport side from 24^th May 2021 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 00040-0043097-62 of Actionaid opened at Bank of Kigali.

 The mandatory site visit is planned on 04/ 06 /2021 at 9 :00. The visit will start from Actionaid office in Musanze.

Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelope, to Actionaid International Rwanda offices at Remera not later 11/06/2021 at 10 :30 am. Late bids will be rejected.

The bidder with uncompleted project with ActionAid Rwanda will not be taken in consideration.

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Actionaid Head Office.
