IOM works to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration, to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems and to provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need, including refugees and internally displaced people.
The IOM Constitution recognizes the link between migration and economic, social and cultural development, as well as to the right of freedom of movement.

In the framework of disposing its assets , IOM now invites Expression of Interest from Companies/Service Providers for the auction of the assets :
Assets to be auctioned are allocated in the following lots:1. Electrical and electronics equipment Submission ProcedureInterested bidders are required to fill and sign the attached bidding template and sent bids to
iomrwandabidding@iom.int not later than May 25th 2022. Late Application will not be considered.
Interested bidders can physically visit the items on May 13th 2022 - May 20th 2022 from 4 PM up to 17h30 on any of these days.
All assets will be sold on the basis “ as it is , where it is “ The winner of the action will be notified through email and will only be entitled the ownership of the bided assets after paying off the total bided amount and signing the sale agreement .
The evaluation will base on the financial weighing basis
The Company/Service Provider shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the Application and IOM will not in any case be responsible and liable for the costs incurred.
Companies/Service Providers requiring any clarifications on the content of this auction may notify the IOM in writing at the following address
iomrwandaprocurement@iom.int IOM will respond to any request for clarification received by not later one day before the deadline date .
All information given in writing to or verbally shared with the Company/Service Provider in connection with this auction is to be treated as strictly confidential. The Company/Service Provider shall not share or invoke such information to any third party without the prior written approval of IOM. This obligation shall continue after the procurement process has been completed whether or not the Company/Service Provider is successful.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bid , and to cancel the bidding process and reject all Applications, at any time without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers or any obligation to inform the affected Companies/Service Providers of the ground for IOM’s action.
