The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MINICOM), in partnership with The Rwanda Multi-Donor Civil Society Support Programme (RWCSP), is seeking to hire a Rwandan Policy Advisor to provide technical assistance in policy formulation. Palladium International is the management agency to manage and provide technical support to implement RWCSP, which aims to contribute to the Government of Rwanda’s National Strategy for Transformation (NST 1) objective of promoting citizens’ participation, engagement, and partnership, specifically in the development of effective policies. The programme is funded by the UKAID, Sida, USAID, and SDC until May 2020.
