As part of our expansion into Rwanda, we are looking for a confident, disciplined, and results-driven Sales Leader to support client acquisition, sales growth, and the development of our Rwanda sales team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Leader to lead sales activities, generate new client opportunities, support sales representatives, and help grow the company’s presence in Rwanda.

The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, strong communication skills, leadership potential, and the ability to manage daily sales activities, follow-ups, reporting, and monthly sales targets.

This role is suitable for someone who can lead by example, close deals, support a growing team, and work closely with management to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through online and offline channels
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, social media, direct outreach, and other sales channels
  • Contact potential clients and arrange online or in-person appointments
  • Present and explain the company’s services in a clear and professional manner
  • Educate potential clients on company offerings and onboarding steps
  • Follow up consistently with leads and support deal closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Monitor daily outreach, appointments, follow-ups, and sales progress
  • Track team performance and ensure sales activities are properly reported
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management
  • Support, guide, and motivate sales representatives
  • Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Assist in building and improving the Rwanda sales team
  • Maintain a professional company image when dealing with clients and team members

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a similar role
  • Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a sales team is a strong advantage
  • Experience in financial services, technology, trading, investment, insurance, real estate, telecoms, or high-ticket sales is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Confident speaking with clients online and offline
  • Comfortable using social media, messaging platforms, and basic reporting tools
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Able to work independently and report progress clearly
  • Able to lead by example and support a growing sales team
  • Interest in finance, trading, investment, technology, or digital markets is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance-based compensation structure
  • Monthly basic salary based on sales target tier
