Reporting to the BLF Project Support Manager and working in close collaboration with the BLF project team, project partners, and key stakeholders in primary education in Rwanda, the post-holder is expected to provide business and administrative support for the delivery of the British Council strands of the programme which include teacher and teacher educator development and learner resources aimed at improving learning outcomes in foundational English skills (P1-P3).
