Job Description
• Support in development of needed tools for Cardiovascular Diseases
• Support in the organization of trainings of health care providers for a proper Cardiovascular Diseases
• Link with decentralized entities for a regular follow up on activities
• Participate in M&E activities done by the central level
• Develop quarterly and annually report
• Provide timely feedback to her/his immediate supervisor for quick action With cardiovascular specialist
• Submit reports and feedback to the supervisors and ensure their transmission back to the decentralized level With M&E team
• Support M&E activities

Job Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine or Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Global health with nursing background.
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required: • Good knowledge of Rwanda Health System;

• Planning & Organizational skills;
