Position: Field Supervisor
Location: Multiple

Background
AEE Rwanda is a local Christian NGO established in 1987 and works with communities to promote socio-economic empowerment. AEE received funding from CARE International Rwanda to implement GEWEP III project in 8 districts of Southern province. The goal of GEWEP III is to empower and promote the rights of poor and vulnerable women and girls in Southern Province economically, politically, and socially.
Field Supervisor
Purpose
The Field Supervisor will coordinate activities in the respective districts and be responsible for leading advocacy initiatives and collaborating with other actors. S/He will ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities as per project requirements. S/He will supervise the field officers in the respective districts and liaise with the Branch Coordinator for timely implementation. S/He will represent the organization in field-level meetings as required. .

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Rural Development, Development Studies, Gender, Political Science, Social Science, or any related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ field supervision experience in community development, empowerment, and livelihood projects/programs.
• Experience in sexual reproductive health and rights, gender equality, and women's’ empowerment, and capacity building using participatory approaches.
• Experience in networking and advocacy with a range of different actors is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge in project cycle management.
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and e-communication.
• Possession of a motorcycle /vehicle driving license.

Job Experience Requirements: 3 years
