JOB DETAILS:
Manage relationship with both external and internal clients of the supply chain and reach the expected level of services. Level of service is both driven by agreed KPIs/SLA like number of orders shipped on time and quality of the relationship with client to gain and deserve confidence. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Create and follow up process and procedures to ensure requested level of customer service.
• Ensure that needs, current stocks and coming stocks level and any other information needed are available on time in the system (mainly the ERP) to ease the communication with external party.
• Report on Stock Coverage to Customers by handling and analyzing the Stock Position.
• Coordinate and optimize the answer/ proposal given to both external (BtoB) and internal clients (Business Development, Expansion)
• Manage dispute and give alternatives and solutions.
• Lead cross-functional project within the Supply chain as well as external partners.
• Work with the quality team and follow up on shipment of replacement parts or spares by creating the appropriate schedule with business owners.
• Communicate and train on good practices. Updates regularly and follow up activity.
• Establish and follow up the KPIs of the Supply Chain on customers satisfaction.
• Analyze the results, propose corrective actions and implement them.
• Write a monthly activity report on operational choices taken by the overall supply chain and explicit the root-cause of choice and consequences.
• Manage a team of one to two Customer Service Officer (in Africa and/or in China).
• Create the production plan with input from (non-limitative list) BD, Logistic, Head of Supply, Head of Distribution etc.
• Discuss the shipping plan before the weekly meeting.
• Set up the quotation, validate orders and follow up the flow of paperwork related until the payment.
