We are seeking to recruit recent university graduates with an ICT background for a one month, paid professional training program focusing on the dynamic FileMaker database platform (http://www.filemaker.com).
Successful trainees may be invited to participate in a paid, three-month internship to follow.

Opening: Technology Consulting Trainee

Role Overview:
The designer is responsible for all creative content across the business. This includes the firm websites, digital content, videos and animations, event materials and all marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across both B2B and B2C audiences, translating briefs and concepts into creative designs that elevate their stories and promote engagement.
In addition to this, they are looking for excellent communication and presentation skills, a candidate with the ability to articulate their design choices to key stakeholders and ideally someone with demonstrable experience in financial/professional services.

Responsibilities:
• Create high impact, functional brand identities, end user interfaces and print design
• Update and enhance all PR and Marketing literature, as required Identify and highlight any areas for continuous improvement
• Perform any other IT/Data duties and be key IT/Data point of contact in the company
• Develop creative concepts ensuring exceptional design execution
• Generate high level interactive presentations and material
• Ensure that all company documentation is executed to the correct and highest of standards
• Act as a 'Brand Guardian', ensuring adherence to corporate branding guidelines
• Proactively be aware of emerging trends and technologies to ensure that the business is always at the forefront of new technical development
• Develop the role, be a team player and provide continuous support to the company and/or group of companies as the Group expands

Experience and Qualifications:
• 3+ Years of design experience - inhouse or agency
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design or related field
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• PC and Apple Mac proficient
• A good communicator: verbally, written and visually
• Able to work on multiple projects at once, and deliver within tight time frames
• High level of understanding in digital and print processes, including new technologies and software

Keys Competencies And Attitude:
• Adobe InDesign (High competency)
• Adobe Photoshop (High competency)
• Adobe Illustrator (High competency)
• Website design (UI/UX) (no coding or HTML/CSS experience required)
• Microsoft Office (Working knowledge)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Very good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• A strong understanding of design, layout, typography, and animation.
• A willingness to take creative risks but also to follow and interpret creative direction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects, and against fast turnarounds and deadlines.
• Alongside technical skills, you will have a creative vision and relentless drive to produce outstanding work that reflects the brand.
• Trend-focused with an eye for detail and engaging content.
