Job description
• Run errands as required by the hospital;
• Conducting basic maintenance checks;
• Maintaining vehicle hygiene;
• Checking all relevant equipment;
• Regularly keep vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption records;
• Keeping logs and collecting daily schedules;
• Submit daily report to the superior.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate line Manager.

Minimum Qualifications
• Driving license Category B

JOB DETAILS:
Procurement Officer
Level:5.II
Job description
• Prepare procurement planning.
• Monitor procurement planning;
• Monitor contract execution in collaboration with the beneficiary department;
• Manage files relating to the documentation of the procurement proceedings;
• Request competent authorities to approve recommendations for the award of tender
• Provide information and documents to Rwanda Public Procurement Authority
• Conduct bids evaluation of bids and recommend tender award
• Prepare notification of tender award
• Verify supporting documents related to invoices
• Prepare bidding documents;
• Publish tender notice in newspapers and distribute tender documents;
• Draft the contract of tender award;
• Receive goods ordered in collaboration with the beneficiary department
• Participate in environmental hygiene of the hospital
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports of activities
• Perform other related duties as required
