Consultancy service to develop a new five-year Strategic Plan covering the period 2027–2031

BACKGROUND

Sager Ganza Microfinance PLC (SGM) is a licensed Deposit-Taking Microfinance Institution regulated by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR). SGM has been operational in Rwanda for the past 20 years, providing financial services to individuals, entrepreneurs, farmers, employees, and small and medium-sized businesses in Rwanda, with a particular focus on serving underserved and low-income communities.

As the current strategic planning period approaches its conclusion, SGM intends to develop a new five-year Strategic Plan covering the period 2027–2031. The Strategic Plan will provide a clear strategic direction for the institution, strengthen its competitiveness and sustainability, and guide management and the Board in achieving SGM's institutional objectives over the next five years.

SGM therefore invites qualified and experienced consulting firms or individual consultants to submit proposals for the provision of consultancy services for the development of its 2027–2031 Strategic Plan.
