About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers, addressing their needs, following up on customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and communicate with customers professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Help customers effectively use our products and services.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to the team.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or a related position is an advantage.
