On behalf of our client Rwanda Medical Supply (RMS), we are looking for a competent and experienced DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL to work in Kigali, Rwanda.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement RMS's quality assurance and risk management strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership in establishing a strong quality-focused culture across the organization.
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems across RMS.
• Oversee the implementation of quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive professional experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related fields.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership position.
• Proven experience developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Demonstrated experience conducting quality improvement initiatives.
