We are seeking a dynamic, service-driven, and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our dining and conference experiences.
Your Purpose
As Food & Beverage Manager, you are the driving force behind our guest experience across all dining, bar, and conferencing operations. You will lead with heart and precision, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and a culture where both guests and team members thrive.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead, inspire, and develop the Food & Beverage team as a true Heartist®, fostering a culture of passion, accountability, and service excellence
- Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, and conferencing, ensuring seamless and memorable guest experiences
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, upselling initiatives, and cost control measures
- Manage budgets, forecasts, stock control, and cost of sales to achieve financial targets
- Champion a guest-centric culture, ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to deliver innovative, relevant, and high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Oversee workforce planning, including rostering, productivity, and team performance management
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards, health & safety regulations, and Accor operational guidelines
- Play an active role in sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives to position the hotel as a preferred dining and events destination

- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager within a hospitality environment
- A Heartist mindset with strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire teams
- Solid financial and commercial acumen with a focus on driving profitability
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and service excellence
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
