HR Business Partner
Kigali, Rwanda.

We seek someone who will partner with leaders across our Kigali office and lodges, bringing insight, empathy, and strategic thinking to every interaction. One who understands how effective HR practices drive both business success and employee engagement, while nurturing a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
HR Business Partner Focus:
- Act as a strategic advisor and operational HR partner to senior leadership.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and service culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Implement and monitor HR processes, digitalization, and reporting.
- Facilitate training, capacity building, and leadership development programs.
- Support medical insurance, leave administration, and HR operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or service-driven industries
