POSITION: HEAD TELLER

Number of Positions: 1

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Branch Business Manager

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, management, accounting or Finance or Other related

Experience Requirements: Minimum three (3) years in SACCOs or microfinance in Teller, Customer Care position

Key Responsibilities:

Manages and supervises outlet/sub-branch staff (day-to-day supervision, performance evaluate etc.) and interaction with HR department on disciplinary measures, needs assessment etc. oversee the equipment assigned to him/her in his/her work

KPIs:

Sub branch Performance, Customer Mobilization.

Required Skills:

Leadership and strategic thinking; financial management and decision making

Added Advantage:

Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
