We are looking for a visionary Marketing and Strategy Manager to bridge the gap between our boldest business goals and our day-to-day execution. If you are a data-driven storyteller who thrives on identifying new market opportunities, we want to meet you.

The Impact You’ll Have:

Strategy Architect: Design and implement a cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with our long-term growth targets.

Market Scout: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and competitor moves to keep us three steps ahead.

Performance Engine: Manage marketing budgets and obsess over KPIs like ROI, CAC, and conversion rates to optimize every franc spent.

Team & Vendor Management: create and lead a team of specialist sales agents or manage external agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns.

Brand Guardian: Ensure our voice remains consistent across all platforms—from social media to whitepapers. Identifying new opportunities, customer behaviors, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4–7+ years in a strategic marketing role with a proven track record of scaling brands. (Verifiable)

Analytical Rigor: Mastery of tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and data visualization.

Digital Fluency: Expertise in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and social media strategy.

Soft Skills: Strong executive-level communication, creative problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced markets.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; an MBA or PMP certification is highly preferred for this level.

Language: English and Rwandan

An actual strategy, marketing and sales activity will be carried out with a product to back candidates’ qualifications as part of the employment procedure
