BACKGROUND

LuxDev is the agency responsible for the implementation of the bilateral development cooperation between the government of Luxembourg and the government of Rwanda. We are actively engaged in sustainable finance, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), and the sustainable development of the private sector, with a particular focus on agriculture, forestry, energy, and services.
