Notice for Provision of Medical Insurance Packages for Staff Tender at CIIC-HIN

1. CIIC-HIN hereinafter called client has funds towards the cost of tender for framework contract for provision of Medical Insurance Packages for Staff.

2. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

3. CIIC-HIN invites eligible bidders to submit bids of tender for framework contract for provision of Medical Insurance Packages for Staff, as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

5. All bids comprised by technical and financial Proposal in hard (2 copies sealed in 1 envelope) indicating Name of bidder, Title of the tender and tender reference number should be submitted not later than 19 August 2026 At 10:00 AM local time.

Bids will be opened in public at Client premises on the same day at 10:30 AM local time.

Note: Late bids will not be accepted. 

6. The bids shall remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days starting from the submission deadline mentioned in the system.

7. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by sending request for clarification on administration@ciichin.org within three sixths (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.

8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 governing Public Procurement and Ministerial Order n° 001/23/10/ TC of 10/10/2023 establishing regulations governing public procurement.
