Notice for Provision of Security Services Tender at Rwanda Network of People Living with HIV/ RRP+

Rwanda Network of People Living with HIV/ RRP+ (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by GF, invites qualified national bidders to submit bids for TITLE OF TENDER: Tender for Provision of Security Services for RRP+

2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all consultants or enterprises specialized in the field. A list of firms debarred from participating in Rwandan tenders is available to RPPA

3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained at RRP+ office from 24/02/2026 from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please mention on the deposit slip as follows: Tender for Provision of Security Services for RRP+

4. interested bidders may obtain further information at RRP+ headquarter located at Rukiri I cell, Remera Sector, KG 626 Street, House 11, Gasabo District or contact us on phone number 0789287395

5. Well printed bids and properly bound and presented in two copies (original and its copy) must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above not later than 10/03/2026 at 10:00 am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted.

6. Bids will be opened in public session in the Conference room of RRP+ the same day on 10/03/2026 at 10:30 am.

7. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, tender number, Bidder Consultant Name. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda.
