Notice for the Supply of School Uniforms for Various Schools Tender at Good Neighbors International

1. Good Neighbors International- Rwanda (GNI -Rwanda) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of school uniforms for various schools in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender document.
2. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field of supplying school uniforms related.
3. Tender documents may be obtained from the Secretariat of Good Neighbors International Head, office located at Kimihurura, opposite to Lemigo hotel (FAIR VIEW building, 3rd floor right wing) from 5 up to 12 January,2026 during working hours not later than 4:50 PM, upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RwF), deposited to the account No. 211-117708-1-5101-2 Account Name: Good Neighbors Rwanda open in GT Bank.
4. Well printed bids written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one original and two copies must reach, in sealed envelopes at Good Neighbors International new Head Office (HO) building located in Kicukiro District, Kagarama Sector, Kanserege Cell, Bwiza Village, Road KK 395-House No 4, not later than 14 January, 2026 at 10:00 am local time, accompanied with a bid security of one million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 RWF), issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Bidders should sign in the tender register during submission; however, late bids shall be not received.
5. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 14 January 2026 at 10:05 am at Good Neighbors International New Head office (Kigali).
