Provision Of Vehicles Maintenance/Repair Services Tender at World Vision

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda is inviting all competent and reputable companies/Suppliers and firms specialized in Provision of vehicles maintenance/repair services to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of these services for a period of two (2) years renewable upon supplier performance and availability of funds.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested service providers must demonstrate:

• Valid business registration related to these services as issued by Rwanda Development Board (RDB).
• Proven past experience in provision of vehicles maintenance/repair services.
• Adequate staffing and equipment to deliver the services.
• Other requirements will be shared in the tender document 

Interested and qualified service providers are requested to submit their expression of interest basing on the following instructions:

1. Interested service providers shall express their interest through this link Provision of vehicles
   maintenance not later than 03rd February 2026 at 05:00 PM
2. An e-mail will be sent to all service providers who expressed their interest to access the Terms of References on the date to be indicated in e-procurement system (Coupa).
