Provision of Laboratory IPC Materials Tender at Jhpiego

Jhpiego hereby invites national bidders to submit quotations for the supply of the following materials. Participation in this competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specializing.

List of needed Materials, quantities, technical specifications and estimated cost.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

For clarity, this Request for Quotation is divided into three (3) lots as follows:

• Lot 1: Chairs for Laboratory Offices (NRL and Hospitals) and Laboratory Chairs (NRL and Hospital Laboratories).
• Lot 2: Laboratory Working Shoes (NRL and Hospital Laboratories) and Portable Cooler Boxes with Digital Thermometers for Sample Transportation in the Laboratory Network.
• Lot 3: All various items (such as Lab Coats, Medical Scrubs, Protective Shirts, Branded T-shirts, and Branded Gilets).

Eligibility Documents (mandatory, to be included in the technical proposal):

•  RDB Registration Certificate

•  Valid RSSB Certificate 

•  Valid Tax clearance Certificate 

• Certificate of Good Completion for at least three (3) similar tenders executed 
• Mandatory Bid Security for 3% for the total amount on each lot

Quotation Format:

Each envelope of each lot:

1. Technical Proposal(eligibility documents, Products Catalogue,technical specifications, compliance table, delivery schedule)
2. Financial Proposal (price, delivery and, Quotation validity)

-Prices must be quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF), all-. Any price escalation clauses must be clearly stated.

Submission Deadline:

Submit your signed and stamped quotations in two separate sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial) no later than Monday, 24th March 2026, 4:00 PM Kigali time. Late submissions will be rejected.

Note:Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all proposals at any time prior to _contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected bidder(s} of the grounds for Jhpiego's action.
