About the Role

We are actively seeking a diligent Regional Sales Supervisor to join our team in Kigali City. The primary role will be ensuring that a network of branches meets their targets in Sales and Compliance, growing brand visibility, and working with traders to increase sales in the region. This important role supports our mission of ensuring that everyone has access to the most affordable protein in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Compliance Across the Branch Network

  • Support branch teams in planning their weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
  • Assess the current performance of branches and adjust plans where necessary.
  • Motivate the team to reach new heights.
  • Support and coach branch teams as part of their ongoing training.
  • Monitor branch performance against objectives and take necessary actions.
  • Ensure the branch network provides adequate coverage of the area.

2. Marketing Strategy Implementation

  • Propose marketing activities for the region.
  • Conduct market intelligence and report findings to management.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies in the region.

3. Area Operations Management

  • Supervise the branch team and support them in accomplishing their daily responsibilities.
  • Consolidate information on the performance and operations of the area.
  • Set targets and objectives for branch staff, and review performance in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
  • Create monthly plans for the area based on targets and the overall strategy set by commercial management.
  • Review branch costs and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the regional team and coach branch teams for future growth.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any other related field.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda; French is a plus.
  • 3+ years of working experience in sales and marketing.
