As Kigali's premier restaurant group, we are committed to delivering outstanding hospitality, innovative menus, and memorable experiences to our guests. With exciting growth on the horizon, we are seeking talented and passionate Restaurant Managers to join our team and lead operations for both our current venues and upcoming projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, high standards of food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Manage and motivate teams, including training, scheduling, and performance development
- Handle inventory, cost control, and financial reporting
- Drive sales, marketing initiatives, and community engagement
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale or multi-concept environments
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-centric mindset
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Kinyarwanda is a plus
