Job Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability targets. The role oversees the sales team, ensures high performance through clear targets and KPIs builds and maintains strategic customer relationships, and provides data-driven insights to support management decisions. The Sales Manager also ensures compliance with company policies while identifying new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market.

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and continuously monitor team performance against objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports to support management decision-making.
