Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Auditing.
• Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CIA) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
• High integrity and professionalism.

Experience needed

• Minimum 5 years' auditing and managing experience in banking/microfinance for those who have Bachelor's degree in the stated fields of studies and 3 years for those have Master’s degree in these fields.
