Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Other Medical Supplies – Bulk Order FY26 Tender at Partners In Health (PIH)

Partners In Health (PIH), a nonprofit organization headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of Rwanda through its local affiliate Inshuti Mu Buzima (IMB), hereby invites qualified and authorized vendors to submit financial offers for the supply and delivery of drugs and other medical consumables for the 1st Bulk Order of FY26 (redirection of previously unfruitful commodities).

PIH/IMB currently supports healthcare service delivery in the districts of Kayonza, Burera, and Kirehe.

PIH/IMB hereby informs all interested bidders that the deadline for bid submission has been extended to January 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM, due to technical challenges encountered within the PIH/IMB e-Procurement System.

The results of the public bid opening will be accessible through the e-Procurement System starting January 16, 2026, at 12:00 AM.

Interested bidders are strongly advised to carefully review the Terms of Reference and tender requirements available on the PIH/IMB e-Procurement platform at the following address:

All bids must be submitted electronically through the PIH/IMB e-Procurement System. Physical submissions will not be accepted.

All other terms and conditions of the tender remain unchanged as previously advertised.
