Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers to submit their offers for the Supply of Veterinary Drugs and Medicines for Cattle at GAH Ltd. Participation is open, on equal conditions, to all companies or enterprises specialized in the supply of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.

Interested bidders are hereby informed of the following tender requirements and procedures:

1. Tender documents, written in English, may be obtained on any working day during official working hours from Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd (GAH Ltd) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000).
2. Requests for clarification regarding this tender may be to the Chief Executive Officer of Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd via email at info@gah.rw.
3. Well-prepared bids comprising both technical and financial proposals properly bound and presented in two copies (one original and one copy), must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Office of GAH Ltd, located at GAH Ltd Demo Farm & Dairy, Karushuga, Rwimiyaga, Nyagatare, not later than 9 April 2026 at 12:00 PM.
4. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid submission deadline.
5. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, at the GAH Ltd Office, on 09/04/2026 at 01:00 PM.
6. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the internal procurement policy and procedures manual approved by GAH Ltd.
