Premier Transport and Tour Services (PTS) Ltd is Rwanda's premier provider of luxury transport and tour solutions. it was Established in 2016, Contracted by the Government of Rwanda through MININFRA, PTS delivers seamless transport services to ministries and government institutions on a structured rotation basis. Renowned for its versatility, PTS also caters to an elite clientele, including global delegates, luxury hotels, NGOs, private entities, and discerning individuals, offering bespoke transport experiences that blend sophistication, reliability, and innovation to fit the needs of each client cluster
Key Duties and Responsibilities;
Tour Planning and Product Development; Design and develop tour itineraries and packages based on client requirements and company offerings. Customize travel programs to suit different client segments including leisure, corporate, and group travelers.
Client Consultation and Advisory. Provide accurate information on destinations, tour activities, accommodation, transport, and travel requirements. Advise clients on suitable travel options based on their preferences, budget, and travel dates.
Preparation of Quotations and Proposals. Prepare detailed tour quotations and proposals including itinerary, pricing, and terms of service. Ensure all pricing is accurate and aligned with company pricing policies.
Reservations and Bookings. Coordinate and confirm bookings for accommodation, transport, park permits, guides, and other travel services. Ensure bookings are made within the required timelines and according to client confirmations.
Coordination with Service Providers. Liaise with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other partners to ensure smooth delivery of services. Maintain professional relationships with tourism service providers.
Client Communication and Follow-up. Respond promptly to client inquiries through email, phone, or other communication channels. Provide timely updates regarding tour arrangements and confirmations.
Tour Operations Support. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the smooth implementation of tours and travel services. Address any operational issues that may arise before or during the tour.
Documentation and Record Keeping Maintain proper records of client bookings, itineraries, quotations, and correspondence. Ensure all tour documentation is organized and accessible.
Customer Service and Quality Assurance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient service. Collect client feedback and report any service improvement recommendations.
Sales and Business Development Support. Promote company tour products and services to potential clients and partners. Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing tour bookings.
Compliance with Company Policies. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Ensure all operations comply with relevant tourism regulations and company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in travel, tour operations, or customer service.

- Strong communication skills, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
