Job Summary:

Computech Limited is looking for a skilled ATM Engineer / ATM Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and related peripheral devices. The successful candidate will ensure maximum ATM uptime and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission new ATM machines, including hardware setup, software configuration, and network connectivity.
• Configure ATMs for testing and operational requirements.
• Integrate applications, utilities, drivers, and device control components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of ATM components.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults (card jams, cash jams, printer errors, communication failures).
• Replace faulty components (card readers, printers, screens, cash dispensers, power supplies).
• Respond promptly to service calls and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure ATM security, reliability, and optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, ICT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in ATM installation, maintenance, or field service is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
• Knowledge of ATM components and peripheral devices.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites.
• Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
