Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) hereby invites qualified companies to submit their bids for the following tenders:

• The Tender Document in English may be obtained on any working days upon presentation of
proof of payment of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000) non-refundable fee paid to
ADF corporate trust Ltd account number 00040-00424687-43 held in Bank of Kigali
• Well-printed bids written in English language properly bound and presented in two copies one
of which is original in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund will be submitted at AgDF headquarters RSSB tower II 3rd floor African Union Boulevard not later than 6 December 2021 at 10:00 AM Late bids will be rejected and
online submissions will not be accepted.

• The opening of bids will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who
choose to attend in AgDF board room on 6 December 2021 at 10:30 AM
• Bidders should be companies registered in Rwanda
• The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name. The bids will remain valid for 120
Calendar days starting from the deadline of their submission
