Market to supply pigs to 166 beneficiaries and 3 goats. 

The leadership of the Free Methodist Church in Rwanda Kigufi Parish, a church based in the MAHAMA sector in the KIREHE region, in collaboration with Compassion international through the RW0177 EMLR Kigufi project, wishes to tender for the purchase and supply of 166 pigs that are landrace hybrids and Pietre weighing between 15kg - 20kgs  is 3 goats for the children's families of the project. Itorero is calling on all different contractors who are authorized to bid for the above tender, This will take place at the headquarters of the Itorero where Project Rw0177 is working in Kirehe area, Mahama sector, Kamombo cell, Kamabuye village .

Bidders must meet the following criteria:

• Letter of request for supply addressed to the pastor of the Parish EMLR Kigufi
• The proforma shows the prices
• The fact that he has a campaign to address
• Having an account in a bank with technology
• Having a TIN number from RRA and VAT
• The fact that he has a document that shows that he has no debt to RRA and RSSB that does not exceed 3 months with the signature of a Notary.
• He has cachet and provides EBM invoices
• Accepting payment via OP
• Having a business register issued by the RDB Business Register with a Notary's signature that shows that the contractor is already doing this work as a tender
• A photocopy of the company's identity card or a copy of the legal identity card.
• The animals required must have been bred in the Eastern Province 

Those who meet the requirements of this announcement are encouraged, the documents are sent to the project email kigufimethodiste@gmail.com and a copy to the email CUwase@rw.ci.org which is not distributed anywhere is free. 

Starting from 27/09/2023 to 11/10/2023 at 3:00 am is also the day of opening letters publicly at the headquarters of the winning project and will be notified temporarily by email.
