Job Summary
The Associate Nursing Programme (ANP) Lecturer is responsible for delivering quality instruction in the assigned course, promoting practical learning, and preparing students with the knowledge, technical competencies, and professional skills required for higher education and the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Support curriculum implementation and programme improvement.
- Supervise student projects and assignments.
- Integrate technology into teaching and learning.
- Participate in academic meetings and quality assurance activities.
- Mentor students academically and professionally.
- Maintain accurate academic records.
- Support research, innovation, and institutional development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Teaching qualification or relevant lecturing experience is desirable.
- Strong ICT skills and subject expertise.
Experience
- Previous teaching, training, or industry experience is an added advantage.
