Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Breeder Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our breeder farm. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal flock health, productivity, and adherence to biosecurity and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the breeder farm, including feeding, lighting, and vaccination schedules.
  • Monitor flock health, performance, and production metrics.
  • Implement and maintain biosecurity and welfare standards.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor farm staff.
  • Collaborate with the hatchery and production teams to optimize outputs.
  • Maintain accurate farm records and report to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing breeder farms
  • Strong knowledge of poultry husbandry, biosecurity, and breeder management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
