Call for proposals for the supply of Lunch & Soft drink for the Staff members
The Bible Society of Rwanda wishes to invite interested restaurants/motels to submit their bids for the supply of Lunch & soft drinks for its staff considering the following details:
• The number of people is 15/Per Day from Monday to Friday, working days only and any other day on request (Meals have to be ready at 12h30-13h30)
• The restaurant will enter into a Framework agreement for a period of one year which may be renewable upon agreement by both parties
• The Restaurant will provide two proposals: One for Delivery (Lunch with soft drink/Soda/30cl /or without soft drink), another for having Lunch in its premises (Lunch with soft drink/Soda/30cl /or without soft drink)
• Bidders have to be legally registered companies, having its recognized addresses, and present their RRA non-debt certificate
• Experience in similar services will be required
Weekly proposed menu buffet
MONDAY Pumpkin soup & Salad Beef stew.
Ugali.
Steamed Rice. Fresh Beans. Sweet Potatoes Chips. Mixed fruits
TUESDAY Vegetable Soup &
Salad Beef Ribs Fried.
Steamed Sweet Potatoes. Spice rice.
Mixed Vegetables.

Banana chips. Mixed fruits
WEDNESDAY Celery Soup & Salad

Chicken
Forestier. Steamed yams.
Vegetable rice. Dodo. Potatoes chips. Mixed fruits
THURSDAY Carrot & ginger soup
& Salad Boilled Beef Roti. Boiled Matoke.

Noodles rice.

Fresh beans.
Rosemary potatoes.
Mixed fruits
FRIDAY Leeks & potatoes
Soup & Salad Fried Beef Ribs in Gravy Sauce. Steamed yams Steamed
Rice
Mixed Vegetables Colombia potatoes Mixed fruits

Closed letters containing Quotations and related services presented in one original and its four copies must be submitted to the BSR Offices at Kacyiru not later than February 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM Local time and Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend 30 minitues after the submission deadline.
