Responsibilities or duties

Welcome members and guide them to the appropriate service points or responsible staff.

Open new member accounts and ensure all required documentation is completed and processed.

Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring courteous and timely resolution.

Maintain and file SACCO documents, including customer and membership records.

Advise members on the SACCO's products, savings culture, and investment opportunities.

Issue bank statements to members and support the branch in achieving its business targets.

Be prepared to assume Teller responsibilities in case of staffing shortages.

Applicants should have A2, A1, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, ICT, and other fields related to the position.
