Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council is a national regulatory body, established by the given law No 4612012 of 1410112013 responsible for the compliance of the rules, honour, and dignity of allied health professions in Rwanda. It ensures compliance with the principles of morality, integrity, and dedication essential to the practice of allied health professions and ensures that its members comply with their professional requirements and the laws and regulations governing the health profession.
Job Summary
Data very plays a crucial role in helping businesses and organizations to function effectively.
However, data is only as good as the system or process that collects it.
• Strong analytical skills and ability for multiple tasks management at the front desk.
• As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for updating the registrant files with accurate data.
• The Data manager shall work under the direct responsibility of the Deputy Registrar and he or she shall ensure that all decisions data posted in both system (accounting system and Registry database are accurate).
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, regulatory bodies mandates, and Allied health professions.
• Capacity in customer care services
• Excellent computer-based communication skills especially Microsoft excel and word.
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor degree from a recognized university in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, management, and related sciences
Knowledge and Skills requirements
• Data Manager will be working in collaboration with the team, will collect the data from the front desk into the systems
• Shall demonstrate ability to effectively to input the applicant’s information into the registry system.
• Effective communication skills at all levels, in English, French, and Kinyarwanda;
• Knowledge of Swahili would be an added advantage. issued licenses and payment into accounting systems on weekly basis; combining data from both systems when account information is complete forward the report to finance, and ensure that customer‘s files are updated
• Produce and report on a monthly basis the reconciled items and discrepancies to the
• Administration &finance manager.
• Secures information by completing database backups.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Attend to all customer care issues
• Ensure adequate and appropriate interaction with customers by providing them with information to address inquiries regarding products and service
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
• Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages
• Verifies entered customer's information and account data by reconciling the Administration & finance manager.
