Prime Biodiversity Conservation is a Rwandan based not-for-profit organization with a mission of enhancing biodiversity conservation and sustainable management of natural resources through supporting conservation, climate change education and promotion of conservation actions.

WildlifeDirect joined forces with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and The Walt Disney Company to develop and implement the National Geographic Kids Africa (NGKA) project to be rolled out to 10,000 learners aged 7-12 years in select parts of Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania. The overall goal of this project is to inspire and catalyze behavioral change that will have a lasting impact on the conservation of species-rich landscapes and generate meaningful economic development opportunities for communities living in East Africa.

a)    Letter of commitment stamped and signed 
b)    A notified copy of the valid trading license 
c)    A notified copy RSSB Clearance applicable for local bidder (for local bidders only)
d)    A notified copy of Tax clearance from RRA (applicable for local bidders only)
e)  Bid security (Refer to the table for technical specification)
f) a certificate of origin  of the supplies and manufactures authorization 
 

Submission Procedure
Interested bidders will pay a non-refundable security fee of RWF 10,000 for each bid on PBC’s bank Account 100027510765 RWF in Bank of Kigali

Interested bidders should deposit in hard copy 3 copies of their bid documents well sealed with all required documents as stipulated in sections above not later than 16th August 2022 10 AM Documents will be deposited to Prime Biodiversity Conservation Head office reception located at Makuza Peace Plaza 2nd floor
