JOB DETAILS:
Mission Define and implement Rwandamotor’s human resources policy, in close collaboration with the General Management, other services, and projects. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day management of human resources (recruitment, compensation, career management, etc.)
• Guarantee the respect of the provisions of the Internal Regulations (working hours, disciplinary regime, care, etc.)
• Calculation and management of payroll and other benefits
• Periodic tax and social statements
• Regulatory watch of tax and social legislation
Job Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of labor law as well as social and tax legislation
• Mastery of office tools
• Staff Relations Management Capabilities
• Mastery of recruitment techniques
• Strong writing skills in French, English, and Kinyarwanda
• Experience
• 5 years in a position of responsibility within a human resources management department
