Responsibilities or duties

Job responsibilities

• Supervise, and validate installation of electromechanical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure MEP systems meet the specific requirements of biotechnology laboratories and BSL-compliant facilities (air pressure control, filtration, Backup power).
• Coordinate integration of mechanical and electrical systems with civil and architectural works.
• Repair, install and test laboratory utilities.
• Participate in commissioning, testing, and handover of all electromechanical systems.
• Provide technical documentation, operation manuals, and maintenance guidelines.
• Support troubleshooting and optimization during early operation of the facility.
