We are hiring for the position of EXECUTIVE SALES SUPPORT.

This role requires a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in the travel industry. Proficiency in at least one Global Distribution System (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, is essential. Prior work experience with a travel agency or an airline is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, reissuance, refunds, fare calculations, and itinerary planning. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are also required. Familiarity with domestic and international travel bookings is a plus.

• Manage airline reservations, ticketing, reissuance, refunds, and fare calculations.
• Plan and organize travel itineraries.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for bookings and inquiries.
• Handle domestic and international travel bookings.
