Expression Of Interest(EOI)for Professional Architectural Design, Boq & Building Permit Support –trinity Nyakabingo Administration Block Tender at Trinity Metals Ltd 

Trinity Metals Ltd is seeking for a qualified and local Rwandan service provider to provide Professional Architectural Design, BoQ and Building permit support for Trinity Nyakabingo Administration Block.

SCOPE OF WORK

Professional Architectural Design, BoQ and Building Permit Support – Nyakabingo Administration Block

Trinity Nyakabingo Mine Ltd. intends to engage a qualified and professionally registered architectural consultant to design the proposed Nyakabingo Administration Block from scratch.

The previously prepared architectural drawings provided by the Client shall be used for reference only, particularly for understanding the general intended spaces and functional requirements. The Consultant shall not be limited to or required to reproduce the existing design.

The selected Consultant shall provide the following services:

1. Architectural Design

• Develop a complete architectural design for the proposed Administration Block based on the Client's requirements.
• Prepare all necessary architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan and relevant details.
• Present the design to the Client and incorporate reasonable comments until internal approval is obtained.

2. Bill of Quantities

• Prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) based on the approved design.
• Provide an indicative construction cost estimate.

3. Professional Certification

• Provide professionally signed, stamped and certified architectural drawings and other relevant documents required for the project and permit application (EIA Certification report).

4. Building Permit Support

• Assist the Client with preparation and submission of the required documents for building permit application.
• Provide the necessary certified professional documents required by the relevant Government authorities.

5. Amendments and Re-certification

• Address comments or amendments raised by relevant Government authorities concerning the Consultant's design.
• Revise and resubmit the affected drawings/documents where required.
• Re-certify and stamp amended documents as necessary.

6. Final Deliverables

• Final approved architectural design drawings.
• Bill of Quantities.
• Certified permit application documents.
• Editable and PDF versions of the final design documents.

Important: The Consultant shall be responsible for correcting, amending and re-certifying any errors, omissions or design issues identified during the Client's review or by relevant Government authorities, at no additional professional fee.

Eligibility and Competency Requirements

Interested parties must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Architectural Design, BoQ and Building Permit Support.
• Possess a solid track record of working on similar projects and should be provided as part of submissions.
• Where applicable, be registered with, or eligible to carry out similar services with, a recognized professional organization. 
• Possess multidisciplinary engineering expertise and project management capabilities.

All interested parties should submit an Expression of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Cover Letter introducing your Company/Individual expressing interest, availability, and a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience.
• CVs of proposed personnel demonstrating Architectural design capabilities and communication skills.
• Key personnel CVs for conducting the required technical work
• Summary of qualifications and relevant experience.
• Indicative timeframe and approach.
• Details of at least three similar projects undertaken in the last five years.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB.
• VAT Registration.
• Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA

Expressions of Interest received after 7th August 2026 will unfortunately not be considered.

Further discussion will be undertaken with selected respondents to prove the competence of the bidder and thereafter an invitation to tender will be provided to the bidder.
