EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

FOR A SERVICE CONTRACT 

Institution: APEFE Rwanda 

Title of the programme: Workplace Learning and Youth Decent Employment Support Program 

Donor: The Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid (Belgium) 

Summary of service contract: Recruiting trainers for entrepreneurship training sessions 

APEFE Rwanda intends to pre-qualify service providers that are able to conduct entrepreneurship training sessions for TVET apprentices/graduates and for staffs of Employment Service Centers, Yego Centers and Business Incubation Centers. 

Service providers / consultants having a proven prior experience and expertise in this particular field will be invited to participate in the next phase of the call for tender. 

Expressions of interest must include at least a letter of expression of interest and a Curriculum Vitae and are to be sent by mail to bureau.kigali@apefe.org, with reference “EI- Entrepreneurship”.  Deadline of submission: 11 December 2023, 5 pm. 

N.B.: Only short-listed consultants whose background and experience meet the criteria above will be contacted.
