Job purpose
Rubis Energy Rwanda Rwanda is looking for a competent and experienced Depot Manager who will be responsible for efficient and economic storage and handling, maintenance and operations of the Fuel Depot.

Duties and responsibilities
• Depot Staff talent Management. Depot stock inventory Management
• Depot Operations. Bulk Loading Rack Meters assized quarterly and controlled, controls in place for receipts of products, Exercise strict controls over truck seals
• Depot Maintenance. Asset management, maintain in acceptable condition the overall depot facilities and equipment, maintain the accuracy of the depot metering units
• HSEQ Management system, process safety, incident management, risk assessment, Emergency preparedness, Environmental management
• Security Management. Gates monitoring, security cameras, Depot locks and keys control

Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Proven Experience of more than 4 years in managerial position.
• Significant experience in retail business.
• Knowledge of depot operation procedures.
• Operational excellent and asset management.
• Knowledge of HSEQ systems, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of security management system for hazardous working operational units.
