Re: REQUEST OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (CEOI")

All interested proposers are invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI). The EOI shall demonstrate the company's ability to provide the services highlighted in the scope of works below.

1. ABOUT NORRSKEN AND OBJECTIVES
Norrsken Foundation (Norrsken") is a Swedish non-profit foundation that was founded in 2016 by the co-founder of Klarna. Niklas Adalberth, with the aim of solving some of the world's most pressing challenges. We currently run Europe's biggest hub for impact-technology startups in Stockholm, Sweden, and most recently. we incubated Norrsken VC. a 6100 million impact VC fund investing in the best entrepreneurs that solve societal issues using technology. Norrsken is now expanding to Africa and will be opening Norrsken House Kigali in Q4 2021.

Norrsken House Kigali, located at the former Ecole Belge downtown (1 KN 78 St), will have capacity to seat 1000+ entrepreneurs, making it East Africa's biggest hub for entrepreneurship.

ICT is a critical component of the Norrsken House which is why Norrsken is looking for an experienced ICT contractor to execute the complete Norrsken House ICT installation including supply, installation, testing, commissioning and support

2. SCOPE OF WORKS
2.1. Supply and installation of a fully labelled, tested and warranted SCS Siemon Manufacturer consists of:
• Fiber optic backbone cabling comprising LZOH OM4 and OS2 technology O OM3 and OS2 LC fiber optic connectors. o Category 6A shielded LZOH horizontal distribution cabling o leads and patch cords and other all accessories required.
• Copper patch panel 2cable managers.

2.2. Design, supply, installation, configuration, commissioning of a fully labelled, tested and warranted LAN, including supply/commissioning of any software/licenses.
• Cisco Meraki Area Network Solution - Hardware and Licenses. o CCTV Camera o Wifi Access Points.
• As-built drawings.

2.3. Supply and installation of a fully labelled, tested and Security Systems:
• CCTV Camera o Kisi Solution as Access Control
• Speedgates.

2.4. Racks Data cabinet and Uninterrupted Power Supply and all accessories

2.5. Test and comply standards:
• To comply with all standards in the attached document of the technical specifications
• Cabling CPR regulations.
• Link vs Channel testing

3. CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENT
While this is not an invitation to submit a proposal, this is the Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify qualified and interested companies to participate in the upcoming competitive tender

4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The following information shall be submitted in order to evaluate the qualification of the Interested companies

4.1. Cover letter
Brief description of the capacity to successfully deliver on the scope of services outlined above with relevant experience. Include the information you would need in order to provide a quotation

4.2. Documentation/Attachments
1. Proof of company registration
2. Three (3) signed letters of recommendation from the most recent clients with
comparable scope as Norrsker's. For each project, include the cost of the project and
execution period
3. Tax clearance certificate from RRA
4 Clearance certificate from RSSB.
5. Cisco partner certificate and other partnerships.
6. Profile & CVs of relevant staff
7. Other service certificates from applicable governing bodies such as RURA, ISO.

4.3. Selection procedure
The responses to this EOI will be evaluated and ranked based on the minimum criteria for the company and personnel, relevant experience, and a short-list of no more than 5-8 (five-eight) companies will be developed. A Request for Proposal will be issued to those shortlisted.

4.4. Expression of Interest Response Procedure Companies interested in participating in the planned RfP process shall submit as attached files to the response email address indicated below and shall be in Adobe PDF format. Please note that no further details of the planned solicitations can be made available to the interested companies prior to issuance of the solicitations documents.
1 EOI response deadline: Timely submissions are accepted by and on Thursday, 02 September 2021 at noon 12:00PM Kigali time.
2. EOI response submittal: Response shall be sent electronically on procurement@norrskenfoundation.org. The subject line must be marked as: "Expression of Interest_ICT_Company Name

This EOI does not entail any commitment on the part of Norrsken, either financial or otherwise Norrsken reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds. The Vendors shall bear any and all costs related to the preparation and/or submission of the EOL Norrsken shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the process.
