Job Description

The management of ABADAHIGWA SACCO RUTSIRO hereby informs all qualified, competent, and motivated candidates that it is recruiting for vacant positions within the institution. The list of available positions, required qualifications, and application details are provided in the annex attached to this announcement.

POSITION: IT OFFICER

Number of Positions: 1

Employment Type: Full-time (probation Applies)

Reporting To: Head of Operations

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields

Experience Requirements: Minimum of one-year working experience in IT/Network field for MFIs, SACCO and Banks.

Key Responsibilities: Under the supervision and guidance of the IT Operator:

• First line assist for all computer and related hardware components for all branch staff at headquarter, branches and outlets.
• First line assist for all network and software (especially 1st level assist for CBS) for all branch staff at headquarter, branches and outlets.
• Ensure proper maintenance of networking, internet & e-mail, security, backup and recovery.

Required Skills: Strong analytical and IT assessment skills; software and hardware maintenance.
