Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Center (CPCIC) hereby invites bids from eligible bidders specialized in chemical and hazardous waste assessment to submit their bids to CPCIC.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all individual consultant specialized in the field specified above. Terms of reference may be obtained by lodging a request at procurement_cpcic@nirda.gov.rw CPCIC is committed to environmental protection and hence, no physical documents will be issued. Only those who will have requested the  Terms of reference through email will be eligible to bid.

Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from financial institutions or insurance company equivalent to Two Hundred and Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF220,000).

Well-presented bids, properly organized, must be delivered to the CPCIC Offices, located in Kigali City Tower, 13^th Floor not later than September 14^th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Local time. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 2:30 p.m. local time.
