Background

There are many job opportunities available at various SACCOs across Rwanda.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual audit plans focusing on areas with high risk of loss or asset misuse.

Review internal audit systems, ensure compliance with IFRS and National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) regulations, and verify the accuracy and reliability of financial information.

Verify the accurate recording of all transactions, including shares, deposits, and loan repayments in the IT system.

Conduct special audits of funds and review the completeness of loan files to ensure proper disbursement and repayment.

Prepare periodic audit reports on compliance with procedures and regulations, and advise management on identified irregularities.

Qualifications

Applicants should have A2, A1, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, ICT, and other fields related to the position.
